If you can no longer find a customer in your customer list:
It is possible that you archived the customer by mistake.
In your client menu, at the bottom of the icons, tap Archived Clients.
Archived clients will then be displayed. If your clients don’t appear, it means they have either been deleted or merged with other client profiles. It would be wise to check internally with your administrators to see if anyone has made the change
